These terms apply when you use imreadytoscan.com or receive texts from our program. The website and program are run by ImReadyToScan, LLC ("ImReadyToScan," "we," "us"). By using the website or the program, you agree to these terms.

3. What we do

We help hospitals and imaging centers send patients a short video on how to prepare for an imaging exam. We are not a health care provider. We do not book, cancel, or change appointments.

4. SMS Program: ImReadyToScan Prep Video Texts

ImReadyToScan Prep Video Texts.

What the texts are

These are transactional texts. We send them about an exam you scheduled with your hospital or imaging center (your "facility"). Each text has a link to a short video on how to prepare for your scheduled exam. At the end of the video, you can tap a button to confirm you watched it.

No marketing

We never send marketing, promotional, or sales texts in this program.

How you agree to get texts

You agree by voice when you schedule your exam. The scheduler asks:

"Would you like ImReadyToScan to text you a short video on how to prepare for your exam? You'll get up to 2 texts per scheduled exam. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not required to receive care. Is it OK to text you at this mobile number?"

Your answer is noted on the facility's schedule file. If no answer is noted, we do not text you. Agreeing to texts is not required to get care.

How many texts

Up to 2 messages per scheduled exam. The first is usually sent when the exam is booked. The second is a reminder before the exam. If you were missed the first time, you may get only the reminder. We do not send the same text twice for the same exam. We will also reply if you text STOP or HELP.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. We will send one message to confirm. Then you will get no more texts from this program. Your facility may still call you about your exam.

Reply HELP. Or email dennis@imreadytoscan.com. For questions about your exam, call your facility.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not fully in our control.

Not medical advice

The videos give general preparation information. They are not medical advice.

• Always follow your facility's instructions. If the video and your facility's instructions are different, follow your facility.
• If you have questions about your exam, your medicines, or your health, call your care team.
• In an emergency, call 911.

Tapping the button means you watched the video. It does not mean your preparation is complete. It does not mean you are cleared for your exam.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information: imreadytoscan.com/privacy-policy/. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Contact form

Our contact form is for hospitals, imaging centers, and others with business questions. We use what you send only to answer you. We do not send marketing texts.

6. Using our website

Please do not:

• Misuse the website or the program.
• Try to get into our systems without permission.
• Send false or misleading information.
• Interfere with how the website works or its security.
• Use our services in a way that breaks the law.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, pause, or stop parts of the website or program when needed. We do not promise the website or texts will always work without errors or delays.

8. Other companies we use

We use other companies for website hosting, video hosting, databases, and text messaging. Their own terms may also apply to their services.

9. Our content

The text, videos, logo, graphics, and design on this website belong to ImReadyToScan, LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

10. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, ImReadyToScan, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from using the website or the text program. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the website or program after a change, you accept the new terms where the law allows.
